Help! I received the wrong item.

1).If you happen to receive a product that you did not order,please email Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number along with your inquiry. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience if an error has been made and we will do our very best to correct it on an expedited basis by shipping you correct item that you ordered. We want you to be happy!

2).*PLEASE NOTE: We strongly recommend that you refrain from opening up and using any item that has been sent to you in error as used skin care appliances and beauty products will not be accepted for a refund or product exchange under any circumstances.

When will my backordered item(s) arrive?

We try to provide our customers with an estimated date in which backordered products are expected to be back in stock. However, it is often difficult to precisely predict when we will receive additional inventory from our suppliers. If you have placed an order on our web site for a backordered item, please refer to that product's details for an updated availability date. As soon as we receive additional stock for a particular item, your order will be promptly processed and shipped!

Do you offer wholesale or professional pricing?

Yes. We do offer discounted pricing to qualified spas, salons and related professionals. To qualify for our discounted pricing levels, a valid professional or business license is required and will be validated by one of our account representatives prior to account approval. Wholesale and professional discounts may not be combined with any other promotional coupons or programs. 

May I use the products that you sell overseas?

Yes. Many of our overseas customers use the skin care appliances that we offer with the use of a "step-down" voltage converter however we are unable to guarantee this and will not honor returns or replacements on appliances that may become damaged due to voltage misuse. Prior to placing your order we would recommended that you review our Return Policy concerning the use of our appliances overseas.
